Italian leather House offers a warranty from any manufacturer errors. We will cover any damage caused by a defect. This guarantee does not cover any damage that results from neglect, improper handling, abuse or common carrier damage. This guarantee also does not cover ordinary wear and tear. Each item is crafted and undergoes to careful quality controls. Small imperfections depend on the handcrafted production, such as colour light variations are naturally related to tanning: this is not a fault but a value.
